With a Buffalove account, you can track your Bouq in your Order History by clicking on the “Track Order” button next to it. Additionally, you’ll receive tracking information in an email once your delivery has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
If your order was placed under a guest account, you will receive an email confirmation about your order with the order number. Simply enter your billing zip code and the order number in the form of this link to check on its status.
